How the Ladder Works

A simple yet effective workout structure that challenges you progressively.

Start Low

Begin with 1 rep of each exercise to warm up your muscles and prepare for the climb.

Climb Up

Each round increases by 1 rep. Round 2 is 2 reps, Round 3 is 3 reps, all the way to 10.

Come Back Down

After reaching the peak, descend back to 1. By the end, you've completed 100 base reps!
