Common questions
- How do I sync across devices? Sign in with the same account (email or Apple) on each device and your workouts sync automatically.
- I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" to receive a reset link by email.
- How do I delete my account? Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
- Do I need equipment? No — every workout uses only your bodyweight.
